I love Jesus, I’m married to an incredible and talented man who I’m so proud of. I enjoy spending time with family—I’m so thankful for their support—and I’m passionate about creating spaces that spark community while sharing my love for shopping secondhand.

I started Above the Sun three years ago on a bit of a whim. Thrifting has always been something I’ve enjoyed for as long as I can remember, thanks to my mom, who taught me the value of shopping secondhand. I never imagined selling in person could actually be an option, but I decided to give it a try!

Since starting Above the Sun, so many opportunities have opened up for me—one of them being the chance to work at Full Circle Marketplace in Orange, which was an absolute answer to my prayers. Full Circle showed me the power of generosity and bringing people together for a common cause.

Through Above the Sun, I hope to spark community and generosity while promoting sustainability—which is why I also started hosting clothing swaps. It’s all about coming together, sharing resources, and making a positive impact.

I chose the name “Above the Sun” because it’s a reminder that the work I do isn’t just about temporary or earthly results but about creating lasting, eternal change. It reflects my belief in thinking beyond the here and now—focusing on what truly matters, grounded in faith and compassion.

I have big dreams for Above the Sun, and I’m so excited to see where God takes it.
